And the Providence Business News points to a new study by WalletHub showing that Rhode Island has the eleventh worst economy in the United States.
These are the rankings that need to be turned around. The Governor’s proposed budget of a couple of months ago won’t get the job done. Will the General Assembly step up to the plate?
