Voters Choose Citizen Petitioner’s Budget in Tiverton

A budget for next fiscal year put forth by citizen petitioner Justin Katz secured 1,535 votes Saturday in Tiverton’s all day town-wide Financial Town Referendum (FTR), handily defeating a budget put forth by Tiverton’s elected budget committee, which secured 1,066 votes.
