Political Monday with John DePetro: The WooSox Debate the Chicken

justinchicken-featured

For my weekly call-in on John DePetro’s WNRI 1380 AM/95.1 FM show, this week, about the merits of a political system that lost the PawSox and the wisdom of debating chickens.

Please consider a voluntary, tax-deductible subscription to keep the Current growing and free.

I’ll be on again Monday, August 27, at 1:00 p.m. on WNRI 1380 AM and I-95.1 FM.

It’s a show about local political issues. National issues rarely enter into it unless there’s some direct connection.

I’m just speaking for myself, but the lack of communication from the Fung campaign is going to keep me from voting for him. I don’t know that I’ll vote for Morgan, I might end up voting in the Democratic primary this time, but until Fung can explain away his immediate capitulation to the Trump immigration demands he won’t even get my vote in the general. Not that Raimondo will either, of course.

Fung is leading, so there is no need for him to get attacked by those seeking to discredit him in any way. He’s saving himself for the real debate, not that he has much of a chance given Gina’s warchest. I am glad Fung respects the law.
