Grover Norquist on Taxes #InTheDugout

Grover Norquist is the president of Americans for Tax Reform (ATR), a taxpayer advocacy group he founded in 1985 at the request of President Reagan. ATR works to limit the size and cost of government and opposes higher taxes at the federal, state, and local levels. In this clip from the #InTheDugout podcast, he tells host Mike Stenhouse the results of bloated budgets in high tax states and how far-left policy drives citizens out.
