Roxbury, NJ parents, Kristen Cobo, Christina Balestriere have recently been hit with a lawsuit by their public high school librarian after exercising their first amendment right to speak in a public forum regarding sexually explicit books in their school district. It appears that this lawsuit against these NJ moms is an attempt to cause these parents financial distress through a frivolous lawsuit.
