Attorneys for Dr. Stephen Skoly (from the Washington, D.C. based New Civil Liberties Alliance and locally) have filed a second amendment to his ongoing lawsuit against Governor Daniel McKee, the Rhode Island Department Of Health et al., this time by seeking multiple forms of compensatory, financial, and other relief for damages suffered when his surgical care practice was illegitimately shut down by the State last October.
