The ebb and flow of the posted returns during the evening varied markedly from the 2020 elections, when late-counted early-voting and mail-ballots dramatically […]

Since President Joe Biden took office and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas altered federal immigration policies, roughly 5 million people from over 150 countries have entered the U.S. illegally, according to U.S. Customs and Border Patrol data and border agents who provide “gotaway” numbers to The Center Square. “Gotaways” is the term CBP uses for those who’ve intentionally entered the U.S. illegally and evaded law enforcement who haven’t made asylum or immigration claims. This has been an exciting few days at our Center, as CEO Stenhouse’s 2021 National Review article, criticizing the tyrannical pandemic mandates of the Governor, is causing quite a spat between Governor McKee and candidate Gorbea … as well as the local media elite.
Sten’s column, which criticized the Governor, was featured in the season’s first negative video campaign ad by Nellie Gorbea against Dan McKee. The great irony is we know that Gorbea would have done the exact same thing as McKee … yet she’s trying to bash him for it!
